I really liked this product. I have been using it for about 4 or 5 weeks. It is very easy to take, does not have a bad after taste and you feel a difference after a few days (5 or so). As we get older we are always looking for something that will help to keep us healthier or younger or both! Accuflora Pro-Biotic Acidophilus definitely made me feel better. When I feel good, i look better and have a great attitude too. I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for an easy way to improve their digestive health and the way they feel in general.

I found that I liked it very much - very gentle acting and my digestive system felt very balance the entire time while I was taking these. I received a free sample of Culturelle to review. I have seen probiotic supplements before, but had never felt that I needed to add them to my diet as I eat yogurt every day, so it was great to have the opportunity to try before I buy. Now that I have used them for the past ten days, I have seen some definite benefits. These supplements are chock full of active cultures--15 billion of them, all fit into a normal size capsule. The makers claim that this product "restores the natural balance of good bacteria in your digestive tract" and "helps your digestive system work better". I would definitely agree with that! While taking Culturelle, I have not had any feelings of being bloated, and I seem to be producing far less gas. There's no delicate way to say that, but it's true! So true, that I have been having my husband take a Culturelle every day as well, and it is definitely having a positive effect on him (and me!) as well! Also, there have been recent articles I have seen about probiotics balancing out what you eat. So that special occassion dinner doesn't wreak havoc for a couple days when this is on board. Overall, I would recommend this product to everyone to try. It's a convenient once a day capsule, and a box contains a month's supply.

The capsules are easy to swallow and have no after taste, like some vitamins. I am a healthy late 30 yo woman. I have no health issues, but did have intestinal issues after taking an antibiotic last year; my doctor suggested a probiotic. I have not had any side effects, bloating, gas, etc. I will continue to use this product.

I love this product because of the other ingredients besides protein such as digestive enzymes, probiotics, and the antioxidant equivalent of 10 servings of fruits and veggies. I am usually so busy at work it's tough to go out and grab a meal so I usually pack a lunch and eat it at my desk. I would like to think I would have found this item naturally at Target but it was the post by the Target Does It Again girls that put this awesome product on my radar. I have struggled to find a plant-based protein powder that actually tastes good. I have always preferred whey protein over the plant-based proteins I have tried but sadly, I cannot tolerate dairy. I'm normally pretty good about reading fine print, but with a preschooler and toddler at the store I kind of have to just throw things in the cart and get out of there. I was pretty excited to see that these "prenatal" gummies had fiber and calcium in them. No-brainer, right?! In the cart they go! Well I started taking these a few weeks ago when trying to get pregnant, and literally just took a positive pregnancy test a few hours ago. I went to a website to make sure I was doing everything I should do at 4 weeks pregnant, then looked at the bottle to ensure these gummies had enough folic acid in them. Doh! NO folic acid! So much for trying to plan early! I'll be back at the store tomorrow to buy some actual prenatal vitamins! I'm quite positive my child will still be healthy but there is a higher risk for spina bifida without enough folic acid during pregnancy - especially the early weeks. For that reason it seems dangerous that the label is slightly vague (there is an asterisk in the title to lead you to read the fine print). I'm sure I'm not the first to make this mistake with these. I will still keep taking these, as I'm sure extra calcium and fiber won't hurt (and they're tasty)!

I don't understand why this is considered a prenatal vitamin. It only contains calcium and fiber, nothing else. Also, for those who are allergic to dairy it does have lactic acid. Taste bad also.

I used the original myoplex and phosagen HP in my 20's and it worked great. Then I switched and have tried at least 10 other protein powders. I wished that I didn't. Just recently went back to 100 pct. whey protein and it has been helping me lose fat for the last week. I am in my 40's now. I'm going to continue to use this protein and stack it with the muscle armor and muscle ignition. I will do reviews on those also when or if I get results. It is a reasonably priced product. I trust their brand and the guy who started it all which is Bill Phillips. His body of work book is awesome and I know from it that the products work. These are supplements and diet and excercise have to be implemented for everything to work.

Love how much protein is packed into one serving and the calorie count isn't sky high! The vanilla is pretty decent, but my favorite is the tropical flavor. Would love it if Target would start carrying that flavor as well as the plain/non flavored (great to mix with fruit for whatever flavor I feel like). Target has been the cheapest I have found his product at yet! I don't find it grainy in comparison to other protein powders I've used in the past. I keep coming back to this one! Love just mixing with almond or coconut milk (just add as much as you like to what level of thickness/runniness you like). Mixing with a banana in a blender is great too.

The protein tastes great first of all. This is always a plus. It mixes really well in water, but it has some trouble mixing with milk. I use a mixer bottle with a sift and a blender ball and it works out nicely. After using the protein for 2 months I have gained 4 lbs. I don't know what the other reviewers are talking about - I've bought this protein for the past year and love it. I can't drink milk so I only mix it with water... I don't even add any other ingredients... and the taste is great! Like a Yoohoo. As far as mixing, I have never had any issues! I mix with a Bella sport blender (also bought at Target), and don't have any clumps ever. This is the only brand of protein powder I use!

I wanted to review this product primarily because of other reviews being critical about taste. With that being said, it tastes great! Now there is a caveat to that statement. I've tried a lot of powdered protein sources and many are difficult to get dissolved even in clear liquids, never mind milk. And when they do dissolve, many taste gritty. This formula with skim milk readily dissolves and indeed tastes great! I recently purchased the choc flavor at Target for myself. Being a busy Mom I don't usually get to eat breakfast and this is a delicious option. This protein passed the tests done by Consumer Labs! Plus the price is amazing when compared to other proteins that can get very expensive. I mix this protein with 8 oz of water which tastes good and is not watered down. I have tried mixing this with milk and it just results in a thicker drink.
