Frequently asked questions
How long do I have to pick up? Orders are held at your chosen store for two days. We’ll only charge your method of payment after your order has been picked up. However, we may put an authorization hold on your debit/credit card when you order.
Can I extend my pickup time? Yes! You can extend your pickup window by one day by signing into your Target.com account or visiting your order details page.
What happens if the store can’t fulfill the item? We’ll send you an email to let you know as soon as possible and give you the option to pick up your order at a surrounding Target store that we know has the item, or have it shipped to your home free of charge.
