On its own, just softens earwax but when paired with a bulb or flushing the ear during a bath, it works wonders turning a serious threat and irritant into no problem. The .5 oz small factor points to its effacy.

I have been suffering from headaches... migraines, I thought, lately, as well as amazing amounts of congestion, pressure in my head, and nosebleeds. I was attempting to use earplugs one day to block out the sound coming from a noisy church across the street (which doesn't limit itself to Sunday) and...see moreof the reviewer's review

Earwax Removal

This seems to be a safer way to get the earwax out of your ears instead of using the qtips. The stuff foams up in your ear and "cleans" it out.
